Our experience - Our administrative team has more than 15 years of experience in hospice care, and our physician team specializes in hospice, geriatrics, and palliative care.
Individualized care - We offer individualized care plans based on the needs of the patient and their family. Because we're a small, locally owned company, we can provide more attention to each patient and family.
Massage therapy - AutumnBridge Hospice has a full-time, certified massage therapist on staff. For our patients, massage therapy optimizes comfort care, compliments traditional pain management techniques, and decreases stress and anxiety. Our massage therapy program also serves as a resource for relieving anxiety and stress for our patients' families and primary caregivers.
No staffing services - AutumnBridge Hospice never uses staffing services to cover our evening and weekend hours. When patients and families call, they always get to talk to an AutumnBridge staff person, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Volunteer companionship - We place a priority on providing volunteer care. We're committed to providing a trained volunteer for every patient and family who wants one.
Community involvement - AutumnBridge Hospice seeks opportunities to educate the public on end-of-life care through speaking engagements, free newsletters, and media relations. Our staff also volunteer their time and professional talents to community projects that benefit seniors and their families.
